i think it would be cool if u could customize any skin with like sqadron markings .i played a flight sime were u could do this on the fly (carnt remember the game)

by this i mean be able to change the colour of the wing tips, leading edge of the wings, spinner and tail section.

this could proberly be done the same way as the nose art.

also what about country markings. how many times have you been in a 3 way furball and didnt no which plane was from which country?

you mean kind of like how the red baron had a red plane? and as for the three way fight just look at the country icons just takes 2 seconds. Was at FT yesterday (Mid Mesa map) and found 4 rooks plus 7 enemy. I thought it was a hopless fight to join until i took the time to just look at the icons. Found out there were 3 bish and 4 nit.

i dont mean like a total red plane but more like squadron "A" had red spinner and tail, squadron "B" had green spinner and wing tips.

my clip board must be set wrong as all enemy planes to me show as red dots even though enemy colour is set diffrently in the settings.ill have another look and see what i got set wrong.

The two enemy colors is for the clip board. All enemy icons show the same color. Doing the squadron colors would take up to much memory I think.

well when you think about it in real life every squad had it owen color.

for example the 99th squadron had red tails and wing tips so that the germans knew that they just got shot down by a black guy.
