Air Start?

Is there a way to do an air start in offline mode, so you want to test something at altitude, you can start at altitude?

Field 3 for the bishops has several airstarts to 30k scattered to different drop points around the map. E one should put you over A1 at 30k.
Plus there are several airstart fields in the bombing area. Example a heavy bomber using the S spawn will put you over the target at 30k.

With any AH start you need to be aware that your going to start dead stop, engines off, and gear down.

Nose forward pull gear up instantly, then start engine and as speed builds pull up into level flight.
