Make the RV Fuel Tank in B25H Removable

The rear ventral tank in the -25H should be removable. It was an additonal tank that was used in the Pacific, mounted in the bomb bay. That's why we don't have 4K capacity in bomb load. But when installed, it could not be jettisoned; semi-permanent installation. This may be an old discussion, but cannot find anything concerning it.
