I ordered one of these last week, and it arrived two days ago.  I can't believe how useful its been.  True, at first its pretty awkward to wear, but within a few hours, you don't even remember you have it on.  I save so much time being able to use waste paper baskets and garbage cans instead of having to run to the bathroom.  I've already ordered three as Christmas presents.
