Cant find my sound folder, Vista
« on: February 12, 2008, 09:42:31 AM »
Ok I have Aces High II.  My problem is I can't locate a sound folder.

The Folders I have are:  terrain, stick settings, sights and maps

There is a sound.res file not a folder

I just downloaded ranger soundpak, have not unzipped anywhere yet because I cant locate the sound folder to replace.

Sounds do work currently in game so it must be somewhere.

any help would be appreciated.

The Following was taken from here:

http://forums.hitechcreations.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=200949

Created by Skuzzy, this is about half way down the first page:

C:\Users\Your_User_Name\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\HTC\Aces High II

If you open HTC folder by clicking "computer" > "program files" etc, you cant see screens and films. Same thing if you use "explorer".

This path: (C:\Users\Your_User_Name\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\HTC\Aces High II) gives you the right place!
