After 5 hours of skiing, we came home. We're all whipped and put away wet...

Sweet pics.  I noticed later in the day we had one of those beautiful dome clouds over Mount Rainier.   Love it.

Thanks Yeager.
Lenticular clouds..awesome sites here in the PNW indeed.  The 3rd pic down you can see Mt. St. Helens.  This was a rare day where you could see all the way to Canada. :aok

Beautiful pictures, but this Southern Boy can't handle the cold.  I need some hot cocoa now after just looking at them.

Yesterday was really nice. 32 deg by the afternoon. I was in a T-shirt under my winter coat and sweating like a dog!

Man I hope we can go skiing this year.

It is all dependent on:

1.  Snow...last year there was none.

2.  Changes in the UK taxation of nondomiciled persons may mean I will be going crazy to get stuff done by April 5th and I may not be able to leave.

Fingers and toes crossed.
Some will fall in love with life and drink it from a fountain that is pouring like an avalanche coming down the mountain

We've never had snow.

Last year we tried to go to a small hill north of Toronto to give the kids their first experience on skis...they were green with grass when we got there.

This year I hope to take them to Quebec....but we'll go anywhere there is snow.

Apparently, one in five people in the world are Chinese. And there are five people in my family, so it must be one of them. It's either my mum or my dad. Or my older brother, Colin. Or my younger brother, Ho-Chan-Chu. But I think it's Colin. - Tim Vine.
