Thanks for your input everyone.  I own more than one company/revenue stream.  He is not a threat to me at all, I can be rid of him at any time, but there will be a price to pay.

HOW BAD WILL THAT PRICE BE? you need to worry about your business, and your livleyhood first. if it's only a small price to pay, and the guy's really beiong a jerk, it may well be worth a small incinvienence.

Thnaks for all your input guys.  The meeting didn't go well.  Dividing up the area was a headache for their nurses so they decided to go back to the nurses can call whomever they want.  I have my trump card.
