For some reason, I am being hit with the inability to post more than 80 characters at once! Whats going on?

For some reason, I am being hit with the inability to post more than 80 characters at once! Whats going on?

I recall seeing this in the O'Club forum.  I THINK the issues is the Subject line, and when you ad the Re: it pops it over the 80 character limit.

Try paring down the Subject line in the reply and see if you can't then post.

It has to do with the lenght of the title of the thread.  There is an 80 charater limit on titles.  Far too long in my opinion.

Yet, there are those who write diatribes for titles.  When you respond to the thread, the title is also copied to your post.  When the "Re:" is added it can make the thread title too long.  Simply edit the title when you post and reduce the lenght of the title.

Or do what I do and completely ignore threads who have insanely long titles.
