AH Film Viewer Problems
« on: July 02, 2008, 03:46:18 AM »
Hello everyone:    :frown:

Developed the following problem in my attempts at viewing downloaded films .   On SOME of the films I keep receiving the following
error msg:
Ahfilm.exe has encountered a problem & needs to close

Whilst I have no problems viewing others!

I use Windows XP SP3, IE8, latest directX 10, all of the downloaded films are dated no later than 2006.

Par example, I downloaded "Agent 360's" narrated films, & out of 6
films I'm able to watch ONLY 2, on the rest I get the error msg.

Any suggestions for a quick fix?       :salute

If the films are older films, they may not be compatible with the current version of the film viewer.

Thx Skuzzy, I was under the impression that films dating back to 2006 would be ok, unfortunately, it seems that I was wrong.   Shall
redownload AH & hopefully the film editor will work.
