F6F and YAK9U bullet holes bug

when ever i get shot in the cockpit a bunch of bullet holes fo just 1 covers almost the whole screen making it almost impossible 2 see anythin  :mad:

Are you sure you're not seeing the result of an oil hit?  Are you streaming black smoke at the same time?  Use Ctrl-D to see a list of damaged parts.

post your dxdiag resume, It may be related to your videocard as I've never heard of or seen that before, and these are primary rides for me.

Try to rebuild your cache also.

This happened to me after my video card got fried and I got another one. I had the cv wakes in the sky and every time I took damage the screen would fill up with holes. I went into the video settings for AH and turned on the Hardware vertex Processing and the problem was solved. In fact the game has never looked or run better. I'm pretty sure that is what fixed my problem. I also made a new cache folder which may or may not have helped.
