Italy changes

Skuzzy installed an updated Italian terrain this morning, which rebooted the arena.  I've got limited resources to change things from here, but I think it's working OK now.  You'll see that the fields have changed around a bit, so the MOTD's reference to Corsica should probably be amended to refer to North Africa.

Added the P-47D11 and the Spit 9 because people have correctly pointed out that they were there at this time.  Let's see how it goes.

There's already a couple rooks/allies on attacking the knight port in Africa.  I tried to ask them where they wanted to have a fight, but they wouldn't respond, wouldn't acknowledge that knights are neutral.

Thanks, Gavagai, you're more persuasive than you think, I guess.  Just checked in, they took P108 and left.  I returned possession to Knights.  These guys are AH old timers, but not regulars in AvA.  They should have known better, even so.

Complete new map ?

No, only minor changes or fixes that were made just before the last Malta scenario. While the SEA got the updated version, the AVA's version got left 1 step behind. Now they're both the same version.

If you ever went back and forth between SEA and AVA while Italy was up in each and had to download a new terrain each time, that was why.
