I upped an FM2 flew to a base, popped a LA7 taking off as soon as he cleared the ack, as I RTB, he caught me half way back same guy in an LA7, shot him down again, kept heading home,  finally on approach I see the ack start firing.. oh great.. LA7 comes blistering past missing me and gets killed in the ack.. I get proxy..

The truth is that if I've seen some picker shoot down squaddies, I would follow that picker off the map to prevent him (or her) from landing those kills.
