X52 Pro Rudder input
« on: September 07, 2008, 12:21:08 PM »
My wife gave me a new X52-Pro as a B-Day gift.

I'm having a problem with the rudder input. If you give any rudder input at all it immediatly goes from center to full rudder left or right depending on the direction you twist the stick. I've uploaded the lasted drivers from Saitek, and have tried calibrating and adjusting the sliders in AH II. Nothing seems to help. This is the second stick we sent one back last week thinking the stick was faulty.
I've used an the regular X-52 up to this time without any problem.

My system
Intel Core Duo CPU E 6550 2,33 GHz
2046 MB
I have Vista 32. bit

I'd appreciate any help if anybody has had a similar experiance.

Shifty,
I have an x52 Pro (but I'm running XP pro) and had some issues early on with the stuck losing calibration and being very sensitive in general. After adding an external (POWERED) USB hub, all the issues went away and the stick was worked very well for the last 9 Months.

Good Luck with Vista!

Thank you Baumer. I put in a powered USB hub some time back. This is some kind of Vista ordeal I have a feeling.
