no offense to the guy but if that is the case then he shouldn't bother playing(or be allowed to play).  I also get tired of 'twlight' zone warpages,  when they take the subway through a base then pop back up from the ground 1k away whilst your busy fighting.

Anyone with high pings or pings that vary greatly should get kicked IMO.

I had a conversation with one such lag artist and he knew all about it and I quote "You guys are lagging all over for me aswell so its ok"  Well NO it isn't OK,  get off the game until you are smooth as a babys Bhind!!!  Damit.

most of the game servers ive played on over the years have had a min-ping requirement for exactly this reason, and in some games the ability to kick players who are warping.

When someone calls out on range "watch out for that Niki hes warping bad" most of the players know exactly who its going to be. I find it hard to believe that there are no wired/fibred internet connections in Kuwait...

Gotta remember, there are some players that use dial-up, and others that have bad ISPs.
