High alt? Dude, you were in orbit!

Exploiting game created flaws (aka, d1.2+ buff turbolasers + 30k buffs outperform fighters + FR hit of buff formations) to hit targets as vital as the HQ is outrageous and lame. Its almost as bad as flying off the map.

Stick to 20-25k and bring escorts, the result will be the same and you will save 20 minutes of your gaming. Heck, 2 lancasters with 2 escorts at 25k have a good chance of killing the HQ. 10 b17's at 35k attract a hell of a lot of attention. And they die.

Just to set the record straight, Dude, I wasnt on the mission.  Just was amazed at the amount of crying coming from the guys who successfully stopped them from completing their objective.  Its scary to think about how much we could have heard had they actually succeeded in destroying the HQ.    

And on another note....just because your PC cant handle the FR hit of a buff formation, we shouldnt be able to fly in formation?  Is that what I am hearing here?  Maybe its time for you to upgrade, Dude.

I stand corrected. Im glad you werent..that stuff is bad for karma   .

Had they succeeded I wouldve simply logged off. There's nothing worse than watching people exploit the game's flaws to strike a serious blow to the other team. Sure as heck aint worth staying after that, those kinds of raids just spoil the whole night.

erm.. how did this thread go from being about dweeb-squids on 'small noodle syndrome' power trips hiding fleets to being about high alt buff dweeb raids?

Sorry Cave....my first comment way up there was meant as an aside to Sunchaser but when others piped up I felt the need to defend myself.  

I wont let it happen again...I promise.  

And by the way....I want a recount...I mean 10 minutes fer hi-jacking?!?!  Isnt there some kinda concession for this being my first hi-jack?  I mean its not like I am a habitual hi-jacker....like some others around here.
