I like tigerdirect because they have a warehouse in Chicago and I can receive stuff from UPS in one day. Other than that, I spend 90% of my money on Newegg. Newegg is generally cheaper than Tigerdirect and all of Tigerdirect's deals are rebate or refurbished oriented. I've dealt with Newegg's customer support before but never with Tigerdirect. But of course I've never had problems with either. I do like the fact that TG does sell unlocked cell phones as I bought my wife's there last year.
That Acer laptop sounds like a deal if I was in the market for something cheap. Otherwise, nothing 'really' stands out for me.
