Mild deflectiion (Not a real hijack) --
Anybody know if the recently revealed Google M-Tools program is actually available? From what I've read its supposed to let users tell if their connection is being throttled. We watch a lot of streamed download Hi-Def (from TV network sites, and from Netflix) -- have a feeling our account might be tagged by the ISP if they were into that kind of thing.
