Didn't Iran have those supersonic torpedoes 'n stuff already from Russia? Ok, now what actually stops them from getting space tech from Russia? The fact that Russian economy needs a cash injection again badly?

Didn't see many ox carts, but I did see a few camel trains

They had plenty of Mercedes when I was there, BMW's too.

Granted it has been a long time, but I don't think the Iranians are as backwards as you seem to think.
