Who wants to buy a Tiger tank?
« on: March 22, 2009, 04:31:12 PM »
Does the community feel like chipping in together to fund a winning bid for this, I'm sure there are a few with enough rl perk points to buy it like hitech themselves so I suggest we buy it instead to use as a threatening measure to get our new stuff out quicker.

http://cgi.ebay.com/-GERMAN-TIGER-MKVI-TANK-REPLICA_W0QQitemZ190293742919QQcmdZViewItemQQimsxZ20090315?IMSfp=TL090315123001r6218?

It would beat sending whiskey as we could drive it down in front of hitechs office and run it over if they don't give us our polled top rated wishlist hardware. It might also hurry along adding the panther or another late war tank to the game so someone can go build a replica of that to take out the tiger we park in front of their HQ.

Nuts to either one.  Just look through a current copy of Trade-A-PLane.  For almost 2 million we could all have a share of a P-51 Mustang.  Now that would be much better.   :rock

This hungarian crew completed a tiger 1 and hetzer out of scrap metal I think - I cant find the link to the tiger running though.

Hetzer:

Problem is with the P51 some nab like myself would auger it on take off  :lol whereas with a tiger tank at least "augering it" wouldnt dent it or blow it up.  :devil

You'd only be saving yourself maybe 5000 USD and too many people have them! Where is the coolness in owning a mass produced tank but anyway ps go to cuba for a cheap one ;) I dunno but you might save on the 2-3 gallons per mile if you wanna run over neighbours lawns and stuff with that t55  :rofl :aok.
