Tips for a New Filmaker.

I have a laptop that has Windows Movie Maker. Can I take my AH film files and put them on that to make a movie or is that more for making slide shows.

you can make movies with it, yanksfan who did the aces of aces high videos (www.freewebs.com/yanksfan001 ) uses windows movie maker. I don't use it myself so I don't know what it can or can't do. but im sure some people here have done it. You need to first make an avi out of the aces high film file (you can do this either using fraps or just using the aces high film viewer) then take the avi and edit it in windows movie maker.
