Constant crashing

Trying to build missions using the editor and the North Africa and Rangoon maps. I tried ot follow the tutorial, laid out a mission, etc.  Days of work and nothing that will do anything but crash, the maps disappear, having all kinds of issues.

Are there better terrains to work on than others?

I had a few flights mapped out and tried to run it to see if I was getting anywhere, CTD everytime. 

Any ideas?

You would have to post what ya got so it can be looked at in person.  There's just too many things it could be with the little info you've provided in your first post.  Mission files are small, so you should have no prob finding a free host, just google it.  Once ya got it up, I'll look at it for ya.  Also, no, it doesn't matter the terrain.  They all work the same.  Whatever is happening is mission related & not map related.
