Ordinance Flexibility
« on: June 14, 2009, 05:06:32 PM »
I'd like to see more ordinance options where applicable.

In particular, HE vs. AP munitions. HE bombs would be more effective against targets such as the hangars, town buildings, and unarmored vehicles. AP would be better against enemy ships, tanks, etc. This means preparing your loadouts more carefully.
Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.

I wouldn't want to take an  AP bomb to kill a tank... :D
But yes, I agree. It would be nice to have a wider selection of ordinance.

Yes!  More ord choices would be great.  Also would add in the possibility of perked ord for certain types.

HE & AP

Don't we already have that choise?

- We have AP and HE rockets, only not for all aircraft
- AP bombs would be useless
- GV's already have HE & AP shells
