You need to post some specific questions, otherwise no one will bother to reply.

Are you asking for help getting started with skins?

Or, are you asking for help using GIMP to get the end result you want?

If the former, see the link in my sig. It uses photoshop for examples, but it will give you the basic steps on how to start skinning.

If the latter, that's going to be up to you to learn the program. Get used to the tools, and if you want to figure out how to do something specific, ask us (we may be able to help).

First, go to www.gimp.org and work through the tutorials, especially the ones on the interface, layers and paths.  After you've completed those, and you've read through everything on the AH Skinners site, come back with specific questions on what you don't know how to do.  Your second post isn't much better than your first.

Also, try using complete words and proper syntax/punctuation in your posts.  Most folks that read these boards grew up before text messages, and respond better to proper english, or something close to it...

This may help.

If not, keep playing around. Familiarity with the graphics program itself is very helpful. I was somewhat adept in Photoshop from previous experience and graphics editing when I started skinning, and even though I had to learn a lot more, it helped me being able to know where certain features are, and the different brushes, etcs...
