Cellphones - Samsung Solstice
« on: August 08, 2009, 07:50:57 PM »
Anyone had any experience with this brand of phone. Just picked one up today, after a half hour of tinkering with it, I'm already impressed. Can type on the touch-screen keyboard better than I can on a laptop. I went from a 7 year old Nokia to this, so any upgrade is by far and large a much MUCH better one. Day 1 may not be a good time to comment on a new item, but so far it's very intuitive and extremely capable.

Samsung has come a long way. My Instinct tends to give me crap once in a while, but it never fails. The GPS is very good and web browsing too. Other than that i hope you enjoy your Samsung mobile.  ;)

I have a Samsung Rant, and I can't put MP3s on it to use as distinctive ringtones, which pissed me off, because I could do it on my old Samsung (really old).  Other than that, I like it.
