Yes, some of them are built (assembled and modified) by Finns..   (Most Fokkers and Brewsters)

They are not designed by Finns though.

Out of 92 FAF Blenheim MK. I and IVs, 42 were obtained from England and the rest were made under license by Valtion Lentokonetehdas (State Aircraft Factory) in Finland.

The final assembly of the 44 FAF Brewster Model B239s was done at the Saab factory in Trollhättan, Sweden, and from there they were flown to Finland.

Only 7 out of 97 Fokker D.XXIs in FAF were buid in the Netherlands by Fokker, the rest under license by Valtion Lentokonetehdas (State Aircraft Factory) in Finland.
