I find the brake-stand to be a real help.
In addition, I force the tail off the ground as soon as it can - might be my imagination, but I feel it accelerates faster on just the mains.
As soon as I get to the end of the runway, I ease back on the stick and hit the gear toggle as soon as I see the alt needle move.
Once I have positive climb, I pull in the flaps a notch, compensating for any tendancy to drop, repeating until I have the Lanc clean. After that, it's a matter of getting to climbspeed and letting Otto take over.
