Water draw bug

I'm glad to say this is fixed for the next release, whenever that is.  You can temporarily work around by shifting your view of the terrain to the left or right by a small margin.  Zooming and twisting about doesn't seem to trigger the redraw.

Safe to assume the same for water erase? Wouldn't mind uping the brush max size to the same as the 'terrain paint" size. :D
