Yes and no. You will need the latest version of the mission editor also. To update it, simply open a mission in the editor and hit File->build res library. That's all there is to it. It will convert the mission and put the .res (what missions now run off of) into your missres folder.
I just put out a new one (Baron's Battle) yesterday that won't require any work by you. Simply download, install & play.
