Those drivers are nothing more than the built in windows default drivers that Microstupid decided they should put into their OS to identify hardware that otherwise would require a separate driver...not gonna go away.
Dynex makes some truly bad hardware...worse than Kensington for generic junk...that keyboard probably isn't "Vista compatible" in some highly obscure manner...
What kind of mouse are you using and is it plugged into a USB slot next to your keyboard?
Where that keyboard is plugged into the back of your computer...is it plugged into one of the USB slots closest to the top of your case? If not move it there, if it is, move it to another USB slot. Then copy your keyboard configuration file out of the settings folder in AH. Then open AH.
See what happens.
