Seperate WEP soundfile
« on: October 09, 2009, 04:10:10 PM »
small effort, large effect

please allow seperate WEP soundfiles - if there is none, then pitch the normal one.

if there is one - please let it play, besides the normal wep pitched engine sound.

that would give more realism as WEP's often worked with additional pressure systems or agregates, changing the sound not only by pitch.

would be great!  :aok

thanks for reading.

Sounds great. :aok

We need more sounds in general. listening to my plane scrape along water still makes me sigh.

I'm not sure what you're asking for is "realistic," if I dare use that word.  Why would the engine sound change so much as to require a separate sound file?  RPM's should have more effect on engine sound than anything else.
