I had to reinstall the game and like an idiot didnt save my password, I tried to have it resent at the login area but nothing ever came back. Any ideas? I have an addiction and i need an AH fix.   :(

did you check ALL of your email addresses and folders? Its an automated system and should send to which ever email account you have listed at HTC. The other thing is your service may have put the return in a spam folder.

If it is a Yahoo email address it can take up to a week to get the email as Yahoo deliberately delays delivery of our email up to a week.

Contact Carrie (billing@hitechcreations.com) if you do not get it by tomorrow.

My DSL company (AT&T) uses Yahoo for email now.  It is easy enough to setup Thunderbird/Outlook/Outlook Express to work with the service, but there is a SPAM blocker function at the server level that can be disabled.

To do this, you have to access your email setting via web-mail (mail.yahoo.com?).  Then on the top-right corner (just above the current weather) click on OPTIONS, then click on Mail OPTIONS.  Then on the left, click on SPAM, and then uncheck the box that says "Automatically send suspected spam to my Spam folder".

It seems this option is enabled by default.

I prefer to control my spam at the client level, not at the server level.

Yes but Yahoo deliberately delays any outgoing email we send from hitechcreations.com to Yahoo, for up to a week.  We strongly encourage people to get away from Yahoo email as they will not listen to us and continue to cause problems for us to provide email support.

Be sure to check your SPAM folder as when Yahoo finally gets around to getting it to you it will be in your spam folder.
