Anyone seen or heard from BigMax...Look Inside

BigMax is a great guy.  I got together with him down in Mississippi years ago.  Back in the day, NathBDP and I won a hard-fought 2v2 tournament against BigMax and, I think, Lizard3.

BigMax was the best I ever saw.   I once watched him climb (CLIMB) his Typhie into 7 cons and kill them all.   He taught me a lot, which I put to good use (back when I played a lot more).

after I saw they was using my next X-wife as their squad noseart ( see posted image above ) I had to do the right thing by her and take em all out......  










































nah...seriously had some great virtual dogfighting battles with ole BigMax and other assassin squad members.......... good ole Combat Tour days and old old early KOTH events.....

be great to see some of em return, even like to see ol NathBDP in his 109 again.......

I think Pongo is still around here somewhere.......Elfie, I'm not sure if he flies much anymore.
I think the originals(in AH) were hblair, Milenko, myself, Wlfgng, Lizard3, and a couple others who I can't recall off the top of my head.
Along the way, we picked up regurge, Citabria/Glue/Fester, Zigrat, Pongo, moose, BigMax, his brother Jekyll......dang, I can't remember all of the crew now.
At one time, we had a guy from down under who would always wing up with us......can't remember his name now, but he kept me laughing with his Aussie humor!

Not sure what my handle was, thats why i was wondering if there was a way to find that out.
I remember coming to the game and was one of the best 1v1 in air attack so i wanted some training.
Flew with one trainer and he was impressed with my flying and told me he couldnt take me much farther, so refered BigMax saying he was one of the best in the game. Well we met up and he schooled me but
invited me into his squad. Well IIRC about a week into the game some guy challenged him in the MA so we left
and met up with the guy in the DA, the map was much different then the one is now. But he told the guy
to 1v1 me first, i whooped up on him. The guy went on about how he has been flying for 4 + yrs then max went on to tell him this was my first week lol. Then offered the guy help, which he rudely passed on.

Im not sure if anyone will even remember me eddie even if my name is found, never posted that i recall on forums there. Might of been Liquid, LiquidIce, LpLiquid, Prayer....wish i could find out. I was decent, but not great. I remember the squad going to like DA room and we would all duke it out in zero's just messing around and B/Sing on Vox. Hard to because when i went to Fighter Aces newest version right after i went into another elite squad, so they kind of blend together.

The current scoring database extends from 22nd January 2002 when it went to 3.0.

The one and only truly elite squadron in FA was The Damned 2002-2005.   May they rest in peace.  I've always strived to try and get anywhere near that level of teamwork and wingmanship but I don't know whether we ever will, maybe one day.

I still have an old AH1 film of BigMax in an LA7 leading my Spit IX on a chase on the deck.  I turned the film on just to figure out who the pain in the rear LA was.  Never did catch him
