Rechecked it, I must of had wind intereference because I got the same.

So apparently the MP gauge has a bug. So does this mean the Homare had a supercharger? (judging by the charts)

From a 30k dive, N1K2 locks up at @ 400MPH, F4U-1C at @ 415. Their roll rates are pretty close around their respective compression speeds. But any slower and the F4U has total advantage. Past @ 390 the F4U's roll rate drops quite a bit.

Below 20,000ft the N1K2 doesn't lock up till @ 500MPH, and the F4U locks up slightly before.

Oh come one it's obvious I meant a second stage to the supercharger that is not very common on Japanese aircraft
