i feel really dumb right now

well maybe cus i havent even downloaded the game yet. but thats why im here i have a few questions before i download it.

1. is this game worth playing just offline? (i cant really afford the 15 a month at the moment)
2. is there a place i can go to find the meaning to all of the game slang terme (ack, and such)
3 is this the right place to be asking this?

1. Sure, play with it a little, then go find the "offline mission" folder here in the forums.

Most questions you have can be answered there, they even have a 'radio abbreviations' format.

3. Yes it is,  the forums are a great place to find answers for a lot of your questions, but I highly suggest you check out the trainers page before asking.  After doing that you can try the 'search' and see if anyone else has asked a similar question.  After that, go ahead and put up a question and you should get your help.

While the off line missions do give you something to try, just remember that the off line missions are like playing golf with only one club.

.50 cents a day isn't all that much to pay for what you can get. After messing around with the off line missions a bit, to get an idea of ON line play use your FREE 2 week trial to see what your missing

Yeah, I'd have to agree with that, but play the offline, follow the forums, try your two weeks free, and I betcha you will become determined to scrounge together $15 a month.

Play the game off line, and do the off line missions before you start your two weeks on line. It will make for a more enjoyable experience on line.
Once you start your two weeks visit the training arena (TA) to ask questions, if you do it in the main arenas (MA) you're likely to get answers like hit alt f4.

You can spend your time offline learning things like how to land etc.

Once you can take off, land etc, you can download offline missions and get some practice in, then try your two weeks and you will probably become a subscriber.

Much better to ask questions and get on the road to getting smart than to try to bull through and really look dumb.

Master the basics offline, then when your ready to start learning combat come into the Training arena.
