Co-E isn't enough info IMO. If they have some alt underneath them the D9 will win a few more fights. Equal pilots, the 190D9 shouldn't win more than 20%.
I agree with Grizz on this completely. Grizz and I had many fights one night where he was in a D9 and I was in a 109g14. Albeit not a spit but even this configuration was a real hard match for Grizz. Furthermore...
1) Pilot skills : Grizz > Ardy123
2) Easy to fly: spit 16 > 109g14
3) speed: spit 16 ~= 109g14
4) climb: spit 16 ~= 109g14
