77th FS "Gamblers" Recruiting All-Trades Players

Greets!  The 77th is now in full recruiting mode and will be until Mid-April.  The squad has moved rook after several years of being staunch knights.  We have really enjoyed the welcome from the rooks and will most likely stay rooks from now on.  We have two wings and are needing to fill out those two and have yet another third and final wing.  We are recruiting to get ready for planning and executing a late-Winter/Spring offensive.

The 77th is a "jack of all trades" base taking squad.  If you enjoy mostly furballing or being a lone wolf then our squad is definitely not for you.  We work as a team to take bases of all sorts with a time proven formula and succeed about 96% of the time.  We enjoy working with other rook squads who also like to take bases (PS--If you are a rook squad CO that LOVES taking bases--please Private Message me, thanks!) 

Our squaddies a great at going from one facet of the game to the other...fighter, attack, bombing, ground vehicles and porking are all in our box of talents.  We do not focus entirely on any one item in that list--we work hard and learn hard to do them all.  We also try and have squad training nights to help squaddies brush up or gain some measure of expertice at each.

We very much enjoy helping our rook friends roll maps and are looking for like minded players.  If that sounds like you, join us rooks on channel 170 VOX.

Our requirements are easy:

1)  Be a TEAMWORK player.

2)  Be on a FULL SUBSCRIPTION  (Sorry, no 2-Weekers)

3)  Be 18 years old or older.  (Sorry, no squeekers)

4)  Agree to always be on the same country side as the rest of the squad.

Good luck getting more recruits Rox.  I know what you're probably going to say to this suggestion, but, how about switching to low numbers or rotating countries?  I tend to have more fun on all three countries than just one, but to each their own.

You can't really do that with a base taking squad because you could find yourself in the evening fighting to take the same base you fought for and captured that afternoon for the other side. I'm no exclusive base taker but I can definitely understand some people's country loyalty from that perspective.

YIKES!  I almost forgot...our squad DOES require that a squaddie have and use a mic.  This is not only for making it quicker to exchange information, it also ensures that we do not get prospective squaddies who do not meet the age requirement, which has happened.

We have had a boatload of fun lately taking bases with the rooks.  If that is something that you enjoy being in on...we are your squad.
