Thanx fer all the tips fellas!  I tried a few landings going in at a shallower angle.  Seems to help quite a bit.  Thanks once again!

i use alot of rudder and flaps to dump E. seems to work pretty good most of the time. i also try to flair and stall at the same time just over the runway. its works for me, but im used to it. good luck!
