next scenario?

any idea on what the next scenario is going to be? i was thinking battle of okinawa....

I have a pretty good idea.. in fact I know.. actually I was just working on it..

So the answer is Yes.  There is an idea on what the next scenario is going to be.  ;)

We will announce it at the end of the current event.

Something very similar to DGS will be done one of these days, but I am waiting on something for it to be done "properly".  DGS would benefit from it as well and make it much more enjoyable and realistic.

Although I think you might like the next one as well.

ive kinda been thinkin about a D-Day scenario idea.

frame 1 would be the pre-invasion strikes
frames 2&3 would be the actual invasion, and gv's will be added
frame 4 would be mainly gv fights, securing the infamous hedgerows, etc.

American force:
p51-b
p51-d
p47-25
p47-40
p38-j
b-26
b-25c (glass nose)
lvta2
lvta4
m4 (spawns from across the channel)
c47

British/Canadian force:
spit8
spit5
mossie
fm2
m4

German Force:
109g-2
109g-6
109g-14 (max 10)
190a-5
190d-9
110g-2
ju-87
panzer
wirblewind
tiger (max 8)

objectives for american bombers would be to find and kill active vh's so the numbers of german gv's are limited in frames 2&3 (it would reduce the number of pilots being transfered to gv's). british mossies would take out shore batteries, and all other fighters cover the bombers and straffe tactical targets of opportunity. german objectives would be to kill all bombers and destroy all lvt's. british fm2's would launch from a cv and carry 100lb. bombs to help the mossies. wirbles would be enabled for all 4 frames.


this is just an idea but i think that this scenario would be awesome  :salute

Why would you limit 109G14s when they were around in July of 44 but have no limit on the 190D9 that didn't even start production until August 44?
