Change country time limit LW Arenas

I went from Knight to Rook (badly outnumbered team) more than one hour ago in LWB.

Now that I'm trying to get back to Knights in TT arena, it's saying "You can't change country for another 59 minutes" even though more than 60 minutes have passed since my switch (I checked with my timer).

I dont know why but it was changed to two hours months ago.

Just go back to blue, switch, and then go back to orange.

I don't know if this is supposed to work but it has for me...get completely out of AH for a couple minutes...go back into AH, then jump into another arena and back out...then go to the arena you want to change countries in and change country.
