How about try READING the Constitution?

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Last I checked HTC did not make a law restricting your right to say anything you want.

I didn't vote HTC to Congress.

These boards have nothing to do with your freedom of speech nor the Government restricting it as prohibited in the first amendment to the Constitution.
