Aces High Minimizing

Recently Aces High has been automatically minimizing for messages from other programs.  For example, Windows Live Mail will occasionally pop up a box about indexing old mail (or something like that) and today it minimized Aces High when it popped up.  Even having facebook chat open in my browser caused it to minimize when I received a message.

These messages have always just stayed in the background and won't affect AH.  The only connection I can make is the playing with the windowed mode for Aces High and then whatever was done to move it back.

Any application asserting itself as the primary Windows application will cause the game to minimize.  However, it could also be a sign of your computer being infected with a virus or spyware or malware.
