Should I buy the GC3 card for my F16 Fighterstick, or is there are better/cheaper card around?

I use the same joystick as you with the CH Gamecard III Auto and the combination works very well togther. I only know of one other game card, the PDPI (?) and it was a card for PCI slots. Not sure if it's even made anymore though.

I use a Gamecard Auto III, with a CH F-16 Combatstick and it works pretty well.  I get a bit of jitter on the throttle, but the stick is very smooth.  Works better than the soundcard gameport.

(Beware of the PDPI card.  It doesn't work with CH drivers.  There is a "workaround", but I never could make it work around.  Gave the card away after wasting WAY too much time on it.)

I was having problems of JS calibration.  Got a CH GC III and it fixed it to where things are very smooth.

I use CH Combatstick!
Rock:  Ya see that Ensign, lighting the cigarette?
Powell: Yes Rock.
Rock: Well that's where I got it, he's my son.
Powell: Really Rock, well I'd like to meet him.
Rock:  No ya wouldn't.
