Probably part of the transparency issue stated in a previous bug thread about same issue in some towns. :salute

Maybe, then again maybe not. The ports look to be made on a second level, which is more than likely why there is the transparency issue. Then again you do not see it on bumps in the terrain, so it must be specific to certain terrain files used when elevating the towns, ports, etc..   :salute
