FSO schedule?
« on: September 19, 2010, 09:46:36 PM »
Perhaps I missed it, but is there any way we can get the FSO schedule for the next few months?
It helps when planning side choices.

I did not mean which days they would be on... which is what I found when I searched. I meant theater. As a Pacific theater squad we like to make sure that we have 'done out duty' flying axis so that when PTO rolls around we get the chance to fly allied.

As a squad I don't think any of us mind flying axis, we just like to fly allied in PTO.

Original Schedule said we should have already seen an Eastern Front FSO. We have only seen one in 2010.

Aren't those a real PITA to set up, with all of the substitutions needed? Tough to pick out the best battles for balance.

Why would they be a pain? If the CM's need specs on any Eastern Front battle PM me. I have Vol 1,2,an 3 of Black Cross RedStar somysources are perfect.

Wouldn't be hard to set up a mid/early war campaign. With all of the lend/lease plnes the VVS used from the RAF and US.

Current Eastern front selection available in Aces:

Soviet:

La5, p39, p40, hurr 2c, hurr 2d, spit 5, i16, il2

Deutschland:

g2, g6, a5, 110-4b, ju87, ju88

But to be realistic if we did one based off when eastern front was most active early on in the war it would be this selection....

Ju-87, 109e, brew

vs

i16, il2 (with 20mm only), p40-b, hurr-1, p39-d

sounds fair to me and it would be a lot fun.. it hink we're smart enough to figure it out and do one soemtime this year
In game ID now J3WNAH
