Random Enemy Factories

Whatever happened to the random Ammo factories or the random refineries scattered all througout the maps? Now they are all in one centralized area surrounding the HQ.  Is it just that I always get to the arena after the factories shift positions? Surely not since they are always surrounding the HQ. It was always fun flying a jug out to get some quick perks for whatever reason, then being attacked by a train or having the puffy ack go after you. I was just wondering where those random bases went and if we will ever get them back?

That was a change to the strat system that happened months ago.

HTC said he wanted to make changes to the current system (it doesn't work very well IMO) but I haven't heard anything more than that.

I thought those factories added another dimension to the game, a very cool dimension. You could choose to get out of the furballing madness and escape to bomb some factories maybe with the chance of a train shooting you down. It wasn't just a freebie like shooting fish in a barrel, but you could get popped out of the sky by any number of things including an enemy plane who happened to see you coming on Dar.
