Planes I'm good in the Bf-109 G14, the B-25C, and the B-17G not many but its nice for me to know :P

Sorry im new to editing and adding effects in Adobe Elements 8 so i dont know what happened to the film quality but you can get the general sense of the flames :

Adove has tools and functions that you can overlay film clips and such mutch like cut copy and paste in photoshop but animated and yes your flames where nice nut just great big balls of yellow darting out of the plane so fast it has no feel to it. And another point is if a Spit went down in flames you would see them from inside the cockpit right infront of you as thats where the fuel tank is :)
