Scores are measured both by quantity and quality........   Quantity makes it impossible for a small squad to out Kill Points / Damage Points to beat a large squad.   :salute

(Assuming we are talking about 2 good squads, one small, one large)

Not necessarily.

Wrong.  Cowboys from Hell typically always won each tour in squad rankings and they were only a 5 man squad.  Take a look at the last year of statistics before Lusche hits you over the head with graphs.  :lol

Sorry, squad ranking is so silly even in my book that I do not have any graphs for that.

But just take a look at last tour's final squad ranking:

Note all that invalid one man squads.

 Been there, done that ;)

but not surprising.

squads that have new players would never rank in the top anything.  they would be penalized for having a new guy that cannot even crash his own plane without help.  so which squad would be the first one to require new members to be skilled instead of just play for the fun of it, just to get that ranked?

A few months ago our CO asked us all to do some GVing to improve our rather poor squad ranking, GVs were our biggest let down and he wanted us to try and get some time in them. After we all had a bit of time in them we made our rank a whole lot worse. That was our last effort at getting a good squad rank.
No thank you Turkish, I'm sweet enough.
