Forum avatar help?

Every time I try to change my avatar It reverts back to the one I had, the new one is the right size as far as I can tell     and no message comes up saying I did anything wrong.


 this is the one I am trying to change to,
Crown black is the one I have had forever,  not a game breaking problem I know !!!!  but still something seems ah-miss!

It was fixed this morning!   not sure     what or why,,  but it is fixed!
 when i went to bed last night it was still the other one!
