Yes, but it's not where you might expect to find it:
Profile -> Modify Profile -> Personal Messages Settings
There you can enter BBS names into the Ignorelist. That will not only fitler out their mails, but also will hide their forum posts from you (you will still be able to decide at every single of their postings if you want to read it this time)
