I changed the Nvidea GTS240 1GB DDR3 to Powercolour ATI Radeon 4770  512 MB DDR5 bought on ebay for £30. With all graphics settings high it stays rock solid at 60 fps, great low power card. Triple monitor set up working great now.

If all else fails, mount a new power supply outside of the case.  I've seen a few rigs where people have done this, it's not the prettiest, but it works.  Heck, it also lowered their case temps a bit.
